DATUM is operated by an individual based in Australia. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products and modify product specifications. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Shopify-supported payment providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not store or have access to full payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or error.

Orders & Fulfilment

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment if necessary. Delivery times are estimates.

Shipping

Shipping terms, costs and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Contact us if your delivery is delayed or missing so we can help investigate. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Returns & Refunds

We offer change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customer-paid return postage applies to these returns. Size changes use a refund and a new order. See our Refund Policy for conditions and details about faulty or incorrect products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos and product designs—is the property of DATUM and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Disclaimer

Our products are designed as fashion accessories. DATUM is not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse or improper handling of products, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
