Refund Policy

DATUM accepts refunds on eligible items in accordance with the policy below.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Final sale items (where stated at time of purchase)

  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, DATUM will cover return shipping


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
