Materials
The current Zero Link and Studded bracelets and necklaces are stainless steel. Check each product page for material, sizing and care information.
Jewellery Care
Stainless steel is used in our current Zero Link and Studded range. Skin sensitivities vary; if you have a known metal allergy, contact us before ordering. Wipe with a soft cloth and dry after moisture. Avoid harsh chemicals, pools and abrasive cleaners.
Damaged Items
For a faulty, damaged or incorrect piece, email contact.datumsupply@gmail.com with your order details and a description or photos. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy.
Returns & Sizing
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customer-paid return postage applies. For a different size, request a return for a refund and reorder. See our refund policy. These conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Dispatch & Shipping
Australian Express delivery is $9.95 below $99 AUD and free from $99 AUD after discounts and before shipping. Dispatch within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
