If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it.
If something fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right. Damage caused by misuse, force, or normal wear isn’t covered—but reach out and we’ll assess it case by case.
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
